Description
The NOVOPROTEIN 5×Multiplex PCR Mix is designed specifically for endpoint multiplex PCR. It is available in a convenient ready-to-use master mix format that includes HotStar Taq DNA Polymerase, Mg2+, dNTPs, together with PCR enhancers and enables efficient extension of all primers in the reaction without the need for optimization. The NOVOPROTEIN 5×Multiplex PCR Mix is suitable for amplification of complex templates such as high-specificity PCR reactions, multiplex PCR (such as multiplexed amplicon library preparation, STR and SNP genotyping, etc.), and GC-rich (＞60%) templates PCR.
