Recombinant Human B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding &Met1-Val261 is expressed with a 6His, Flag tag at C-terminus. Fluorescent VLPs are self-assembled from viral envelope/capsid protein fused with EGFP and can display conformationally intact membrane protein in natural cell membranes.
