Description
Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S Protein RBD is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg319-Phe541(E484K) is expressed with a mouse IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. E484K mutaion was identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as 20C/501Y.V2 or B.1.351 lineage) which emerged in South Africa.
