Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S1 Protein (501Y.V1) is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Cys15-Arg685(69-70deltaHV,144deltaY,N501Y,A570D,D614G,P681H) is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. The mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as 20B/501Y.V1, VOC 202012/01, or B.1.1.7 lineage) which emerged in the United Kindom.
