Description
Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 S protein RBD Protein is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg319-Phe541 (S477N, E484K) is expressed with a mouse IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. S477N, E484K mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variant (known as B.1.620 lineage) which emerged in Europe.
