Description
Recombinant HPIV-3 (strain Wash/47885/57) Fusion glycoprotein F0 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln19-Leu481 is expressed with a 6His tag at C-terminus. Some mutations are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state of HPIV-3 Fusion glycoprotein.
