Description
Recombinant BRSV(strain BO/SWUN-2/21/CH) prefusion F-trimeris produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gln21-Leu508 is expressed with a 8His tag at the C-terminus. Some mutations are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state of BRSV Fusion glycoprotein.
